Eddie Bo 1929-2009
When local New Orleans musician Eddie Bo died back in March, I went through some of my images I took of him playing at a 2007 wedding. I should have posted them back then but I'm finally getting to them. Cool thing was when my wife and I first moved to New Orleans 15 years ago, my wife used to walk to work with Eddie down Esplanade Ave to the French Quarter.
Eddie recorded more 45 singles in New Orleans than anyone else besides Fats Domino.
